Race package pickup is located at Fairmont Jasper Park Lodge.

  • Turn east off Highway 16 onto Maligne Road and follow signage to the hotel.
  • Parking is available in Lot 1.
  • For the closest access to package pickup, use the Shops & Spa door.

Race Day Reminder: Please allow sufficient time for parking, package pickup and getting to your designated start area before your event.

RACE KIT

Your event packages included a cotton race shirt, finisher medal, chip timing, post-race refreshments and support services.

BIB & TIMING

Wear your race bib visibly on your front. Results are based on chip timing; preliminary results are subject to verification.

AID STATIONS

Seven fluid stations along the Half Marathon course:

2.5 K | 5 K | 8 K | 11 K | 13 K | 15.5 K | 18 K

  • Water and sports drink at all stations

  • Porta-potties available at the 11K station

AT THE FINISH

  • All participants receive a finisher medal

  • Top 3 in each 10-year age group (21 K | 10 K | 5 K) receive awards

  • Draw prizes awarded race day (you must be present to win!)

DONATIONS

Each entry supports local charities:

  • $10 from each 21 K and 10 K entry

  • $5 from each 5 K entry
    Additional donations can be made during registration.

REFUNDS & TRANSFERS

    • All entries are non-refundable — no rollovers for any reason

    • Transfers allowed online only until April 6

    • $10 transfer fee

    • +$10 for shirt-size changes (if available)

    • No race weekend transfers

    • Unauthorized transfers will result in disqualification

    • No refunds for switching to a lower-cost event (e.g., 21K → 10K)
